TERMS:

1. Rental clamp fees are based on a daily rate.
2. 10-day rental: $600 (starting from date of delivery).
3. Additional charge of $60 per day applied after 10 days.
4. All provided clamps will be inspected upon delivery and pickup by a Capital Car-O-Liner representative.
5. Inspection includes verifying the condition of all parts and ensuring there is no damage.

DAMAGE POLICY:
Should any damage occur, including broken or stripped bolts, bent or broken parts, or any lost items, the center will be charged accordingly.

RENTAL DISCLAIMER & AGREEMENT

I accept full responsibility for inspecting and properly using the equipment during the rental period. I understand the Owner is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of the equipment.

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to confirm the clamps are correct for the vehicle, repair procedure, and any OEM or manufacturer requirements. Any damage resulting from improper selection or use is my responsibility.

I agree to return the equipment in the same condition as received and understand that I am responsible for repair or replacement costs if the equipment is damaged, modified, or not returned.
