Shop Preparation Requirements

To make the training session productive, the shop must be ready before the trainer arrives.

  • The frame machine / bench area must be clean and accessible.
  • The necessary equipment, clamps, measuring system, and accessories must be available.
  • Technicians attending the session must be present and ready to participate.
  • Any vehicle or repair example used for training should be staged in advance.
Important: Capital Car-O-Liner is not responsible for time lost due to cleaning the machine, technicians leaving for lunch, lack of attention during training, or delays caused by pulling or preparing damaged vehicles.

I-CAR Information

If I-CAR information is needed for documentation, please provide the required I-CAR numbers and participant details in this form.

Important: Please make sure each trainee’s last name and I-CAR number are entered correctly and exactly as they appear in the I-CAR system. Incorrect information may delay or prevent proper training documentation.

Acknowledgment

By submitting this form, the trainee and shop acknowledge the training fee, the shop preparation requirements, and the responsibility to have technicians and equipment ready at the scheduled time.
